Dr Esposito is a naturopathic physician and certified Functional Medicine doctor with additional degrees in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. His personalised practice incorporates the art and science of medicine to solve complex issues utilising the foundations of P4 medicine – Prediction, Prevention, Personalisation and Participation. In addition to advising as a peer reviewer for medical journals, he has authored medical textbook chapters in The Textbook of Natural Medicine 5th Edition, Integrative Sexual Medicine, and Healing in Urology. He has developed education modules for the Board of Certified Nutrition Specialists to educate health professionals specifically on urological conditions, male and female hormone dysfunction, hypogonadism, exercise, men’s health and sexual dysfunction. He was also published in the Canadian Journal of Urology on vitamin D and BPH. Dr Esposito completed his medical training as a medical intern at NYU Integrative and Functional Urology Center. He holds a position as an adjunct professor at New York University: Steinhardt for the Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics program, where he lectures on integrative medicine. He is an advisor to Athletic Greens, Diagnostic Solutions Labs, and currently, practices in a medical practice focused on longevity medicine with Dr Peter Attia.
