The methylation cycle is an important biochemical system linked to brain, nervous system and immune function, cardiovascular health, energy production and detoxification. There are key components in the methylation cycle, that when damaged, can contribute to a host of chronic health disorders. This lecture will focus on the adverse effects certain toxins can cause with methylation.
