Many of our clients come to us having experimented with a range of dietary changes to try to control their digestive symptoms, sometimes eliminating important food groups. An unbalanced immune system plays a role in many chronic illnesses from allergies to autoimmune disease. Many diseases are dominant in either the Th1 or the Th2 side of the immune system.
